The hotel was brand new and very clean throughout. The staff were friendly and helpful, except for the reception staff. The room itself was excellent with a comfortable bed and a large walk-in shower. Despite the negatives, my Christmas stay at this hotel had a couple of positives. The location was great, with easy access from the nearby M5 and plenty of parking available. the hotel offered a meal deal for breakfast and dinner, which was good value for money. while the stay had its issues, there were a few enjoyable aspects to my experience.

Disliked the lack of air conditioning in the rooms, made it almost impossible to sleep. The windows have restrictors that don't let in any air, and the floodlights outside meant the curtains couldn't be drawn without the room being flooded with light.

The staff are helpful and the rooms are nice. Comfortable place for vacation in Bridgwater. A wide range of options for breakfast. I enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would definitely recommend...

Friendly staff made our stay pleasant, and the room was nice and quiet. 😊 You can find some tasty dishes just a short walk away from here. Plus, the hotel is conveniently located near St John's Cemetery and the Walled Gardens of Cannington for easy exploring.

The hotel had a good location near key attractions and offered free parking which was a plus. the staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival which helped to start our Easter break off on the right note. Another advantage was the comfortable room with a great view of the surrounding area.

I recently stayed at a new hotel on the outskirts of Bridgwater and had a fantastic experience. the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice little armchair to relax in. The air conditioning worked efficiently, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout my stay. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was excellent, allowing for a refreshing and enjoyable shower experience.

I recently had a solo trip to a well, located hotel near a shop and close to the motorway. the room was comfortable and clean, with efficient air conditioning. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel special during my stay. the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the facilities, such as the large free car park and the on, site restaurant. It was a great experience overall.

The evening meal at the on, site restaurant was not up to par, with a disappointing fish dish.
